CONSULTING SERVICES

Workshops

We typically initiate a consulting engagement with a workshop that provides technology orientation, education, and a summary assessment of your organization’s direction. The workshop consists of one or two days of on-site training and facilitated planning sessions that will provide your internal team with far greater awareness of the topics covered and of deployment issues specific to your organization. We will also create a high-level action plan for moving forward with your technology-related initiatives. Workshop agendas can include any topic covered in Burton Group research services. As the server-side counterpart to Microsoft Office, SharePoint is Microsoft’s focus for exploiting several market trends at the intersection of communication, collaboration, and content management. Encompassing everything from blogs to enterprise content management, SharePoint has the potential to help organizations more effectively collaborate and manage content.
