He was also Principal Engineer and technical lead at both CapeClear and IONA Technologies. With 16 years in IT Richard has proven experience delivering systems in mission-critical environments and leading teams that develop quality software. Richard has spoken on SOA and web services at JavaOne and LinuxWorld.
